1. Operator & Service Overview
The Service is operated by Saasbit ("we", "us", or "our") at https://saasbit.lol. For official legal, business, or listing inquiries, email us directly at support@saasbit.lol.
These Terms work together with our public Leaderboard Rules. If any conflict arises between the Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall control.
2. Nature of the Service
Saasbit is a transparent, real-time paid public leaderboard and directory for SaaS tools, AI applications, developer utilities, and digital products.
- check_circleListings are paid advertisements and sponsored placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, software ratings, or independent endorsements.
- check_circleA payment purchases a financial bid to secure a corresponding rank on the public board at the time of fulfillment.
- check_circleA payment does not guarantee specific traffic, clicks, sales, user conversions, search engine SEO rankings, or permanent retention at a specific rank.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and fully capable of forming a binding legal contract. If you access or list a product on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy
Checkout is securely processed by authorized payment partners. All amounts are priced in US Dollars (USD) plus applicable local taxes or VAT.
Rank placement is a digital service delivered immediately upon transaction confirmation when the listing is created or updated on the live leaderboard. You acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once immediate performance has begun. Being outranked later or experiencing reduced clicks does not create a refund entitlement.
5. Listing Requirements & Company Information
You may only list websites, applications, or social handles that you own or are authorized to represent. The target website must display valid, accessible company or operator information and a working contact method. Deceptive URLs, fake contact details, or missing legal imprints may result in listing removal without refund.
6. Prohibited Content & Misuse
You may not list or use Saasbit for:
- closeAdult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
- closePhishing sites, malware, scams, or deceptive applications.
- closeCounterfeit goods, pirated software, or copyright/trademark violations.
- closeBotting click counts, scraping, or interfering with platform operations.
7. Moderation, Takedowns & Disclaimers
We reserve the right to edit, recategorize, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion if we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PAYMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
